Order Processing & Shipping Policy
PROCESSING
Please allow 7 business days for order processing. Please note some orders may be delayed due to stock availability. If there is a delay, the customer will receive an email updating them about their order and what they can expect. If the customer has not received a processing email within 7 days of ordering, please contact us at aromatics@free2bnaughty.com.
SHIPPING
F2BN Aromatics uses USPS (United States Postal Service) for all shipping. Once the package arrives in the USPS facility, F2BN Aromatics does not control the package handling. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping address and other USPS issues. The customer is responsible for entering a correct address that is able to receive packages. F2BN Aromatics will provide the tracking number in an email when the package ships. Please feel free to track your package and estimated delivery through USPS with that tracking number. If any issues arise, please feel free to contact us at aromatics@free2bnaughty.com.
Refunds & Returns
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
If upon arrival the item is damaged, please contact us immediately within the first 24 hrs of you receiving the items, so that we can rectify the situation. We will be more than happy to resolve the issue.
Here are the steps you should take:

Within the first 24 hrs after you have received the items, contact the owner immediately by email at aromatics@free2bnaughty.com.

Send in photos of the damages to the items.

We can offer a credit for a future order or send a replacement.

If you choose the credit option, we will supply you with a discount code to apply to your next order.

If you chose the replacement option, when the replacement item(s) are received, please use the return label to send us the damaged items back for inspection.
